Bob Cook Memorial/Mt. Evans Hillclimb
Fort Collins/Loveland
- Horsetooth 100
September 13, 2003
Location: Ft. Collins, CO
Routes: 25, 50 and 100 miles
The ride will leave from New Belgium Brewery on September 13 and is part of the "Tour de Fat" cycling festival.
That means that you will get a t-shirt, a fully supported ride, a beer ticket and also entry into a special New Belgium drawing open only to those who complete the century.
The 25 mile ride is mostly flat to rolling and designed for families.
The 50 mile ride is challenging and scenic.
The 100 mile ride includes canyons, lakes and is in and around Ft. Collins, Horsetooth Mountain Park, Carter Lake, and Loveland. This ride is the perfect finish to your season.
Hope to see you there. Tell your friends. This is going to be a great ride - and challenging, too.
Info will be on the website beginning about August 13 at: Fort Collins Cycle Club
You can also check the New Belgium site for information about the "Tour de Fat" at: New Belgium Brewery

Calendar of Colorado Bicycling Events by Tore Christensen. Tore
is actually making a good effort to keep this event list up to date.
Good stuff here.
